ABOUT MWCT
Marine Water Confidence Training (MWCT) is a veteran-owned aquatic conditioning program designed to develop mental composure, physical endurance, and confidence in challenging water environments. Founded by a former Marine Corps Instructor of Water Survival, MWCT applies the principles of discipline, calmness, and control under stress to help civilians, veterans, poolees, and first responders perform with confidence when it matters most.
MWCT is not a fitness or swim class—it’s a structured water confidence and conditioning course. Every drill is designed to simulate controlled stress and reinforce mental composure. Participants learn to manage breathing, stay calm when fatigued, and react effectively under pressure. The focus is on resilience and confidence, not competition.
Purpose: To teach individuals how to maintain composure, conserve energy, and stay mission-focused in high-stress aquatic situations.
Philosophy: Confidence Through Controlled Chaos. True water confidence isn’t built by comfort—it’s earned through exposure, focus, and mastery over fear.
