Service Description
Build true confidence and control in the water—especially under stress. Training is based on Marine Corps water survival methodology, adapted to a supportive civilian environment. • Duration: 5 days — 3 hours per day (15 hours total) • Group Size: 4–10 participants • Ages: 16+ (guardian consent required for minors) What You’ll Learn: • Breath control & relaxed submersion • Floating & buoyancy management • Calm, efficient treading techniques • Survival strokes & energy conservation • Underwater comfort & retrieval drills • Panic recognition & reset strategies • Controlled performance under aquatic stress Minimum Entry Standards • 250-yard continuous swim (any stroke) • 1-minute continuous tread (no wall support) • 15-meter underwater swim with controlled surfacing Show up prepared. The standard keeps the training productive and focused. Evaluations: • Mid-Course Benchmark Assessment — Validates readiness for advanced confidence drills and reinforces areas needing attention. • Final Qualification Test — Not disclosed before completion. Demonstrates calm, control, and capability under stress. Earned. Not given.
