Build confidence, calm, and control in the water with this 5-day Marine-style Water Confidence Training. Over 15 hours, participants (16+) master breath control, floating, treading, survival strokes, and underwater comfort—developing the mental resilience to perform under stress. Small groups (4–10) with an MCIWS-trained instructor ensure hands-on coaching and progressive assessments.
